Mango Madness Month at Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain

This video is about the Mango Madness Month that takes place at Jade Mountain and Anse Chastanet Resort in St Lucia every year in June. This year we follow our Executive Chef Stefan Goehcke and Chef de Cuisine Elijah Jules as they harvest over 600 pounds of mangoes and create a range of jams and chutneys.
